Having been at Canterbury Cars since 1989, it is fair to say that I know the company and many of our clients on an excellent basis. Being Managing Director, my main role is to oversee the daily operations and running of the company of which my job is made easier due to the excellent work my staff undertake. My primary job is to purchase the vehicles for the company which has changed from previously purchasing in Japan to now obtaining from within New Zealand. Having been with the company for so long, some excellent long term contacts have been established within the industry allowing me to purchase a vast array of vehicles directly from franchise holders, lease companies and trade wholesalers. Each week I generally travel either South or to the North Island to obtain the stock we require.
With the introduction of live internet, our stock is updated instantly on our website so please feel free to view this - simply by clicking 'Stock List' on our homepage. The internet has enabled us to sell vehicles all over New Zealand and this, combined with our free Wellington or South Island wide delivery service, is a real bonus for our out of town clients.

Since visiting Canterbury Cars in
Christchurch in 1992 I have developed a great business
